You are missing something. Try to get a better understanding of how this cipher works. You should be able to do Didactic Feedback Cipher Long in milliseconds before moving on to the next one.

If i am right, it has nothing to do with massive parallelism. Should be a property of the puzzle, you can make use of. Its just an idea at this point, but i hope i can overcome my lazyness soon to try it out :)
