A window displaying a Canon printer as offline

I have connected the power cable properly, but the Canon printer is still displaying an offline warning in Window 11. I have checked some printer-related factors, such as the printer's network connection, and it still displays the message.

I received some assistance from Canon printer helpline, however my issue has not been resolved as my printer continues to display the same message on the screen.
