I am currently writing a book, and one of my main characters is a hacker. Thing is, I barely know how to write a basic algorithm... I don't really know much about hacking. I have some questions, the kind that I can't just look up on google, so if you have too much time on your hand, send me a message with your email adress.

i hate to say it but most things described in movies and books tend to be lies or a gross exaggeration of what it actually does.

there are exceptions though i know a couple of movies that managed to not lie in there plot
