are High Scores easy?

Hi there I´m new!I´m from spain! 
I just thinking that, when I play a game and I see High Score, you can see always someone who has the best points.Do you think that games are easy to hack?
For example this game http://www.57chavales.com/ if you see the "ranking" (high score in english) the one on the top has 229210, how can he do that?:O
