can i ask you guys something?to install ubuntu i must have linux installed already in my pc?

Hi aggelos.
The short answer is no. Ubuntu will install itself completely and is a good (easy to set up) distro for a new person to use.
The long answer is that your question is a bit strange. Here's an ok place to start learning what exactly linux is.

first u should download the install file form the net
the burn the img file to a cd
then install it

yeah first download it from here
www.ubuntulinux.org and then download this
http://infrarecorder.sourceforge.net/?page_id=5 
and then burn the ubuntu file you download as image with the infrarecorder

Linux is operating system... So to put it in your PC, you have to install it... And what do you mean by "activating linux"??? Installing bootloader?? It will be possible during installation process
