When asking questions, it helps to be intelligible. Read: turn off the leet, jackass.
Also, telnet is a horrible, outdated protocol. No self-respecting sysadmin worth his salary would be running a telnet server.
The reason you're probably not getting any results is that there is no telnet server running.
