Yup - AdSense and AdWords pay per click, I think.

I hadn't noticed the ads on the site, by the way - go AdBlock! ;)

Google pays per click for smaller sites but does have the option of pay at a rate based on the number of visitors you have, I think you had to have at least 10k or something like that before you got that option though.
